Kel Building Advisor Ltd is a local family firm based in Hove, East Sussex, whose staff have over 80 years combined experience in the planning and building regulations sector.

Since the formation of KEL Building Advisor in the year 2000, over 750 architectural plans have been produced and submitted to local authorities on behalf of our clients.

Our projects and client base are diverse in size, ranging from small household extensions and internal alterations to new bedroom wings for hotels, and complete refurbishment of commercial buildings.

Whilst we offer the highest standards of professionalism and design, our prices do not reflect the levels usually associated with the industry.

We are proud to be approved by Brighton and Hove Trading Standards and offer free, no obligation building design quotations.
